ReedSource Lending (449535 Ontario Limited) was incorporated in 1980. Originally serving as a vacant land development company, it has grown to include – and specialize in - private mortgage lending. We are proud to have opened the door to ownership opportunities for residential, commercial and farming clients alike, and recognize that investment in real estate is a large undertaking in itself. That’s why we make the financing piece of the puzzle more accessible and as easy to navigate as possible. Our application process can be done completely online, with a 24 hour turn-around time for approval because we underwrite properties in house. Our emphasis is on property value rather than personal qualifications.  ReedSource Lending is based in Central Ontario, but we finance properties throughout the province.
